Stephen has been the Managing Partner of Henry Davis York since 1998. Stephen is passionate about HDY and has overseen a period of substantial growth and success. In particular, he has championed the development of the firm as an employer of choice, the leadership and management development of partners and a strong client service culture.
Stephen has focussed much of his attention on ensuring that HDY is differentiated from other firms through its people strategies, a strong preference for organic growth and a commitment to building a firm of excellence.
Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Stephen practised in the Banking Insolvency & Restructuring Services Group. He has had extensive experience in acting for major banks, receivers, liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in complex commercial disputes and recovery matters. |
