Steven read law at the University of Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in 1984 when he joined Pannone. He became a Partner in 1987, was appointed Head of the Corporate department in 2003 and Managing Partner in 2008.
Throughout his career Steven has been involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial work for a diverse client base including private and public companies, multinationals and public authorities. The majority of his corporate work has been for private companies including acquisitions and disposals, MBO’s, equity investments and joint ventures.
He has a strong reputation for corporate and commercial projects in the public sector, particularly in transport, where he has been involved in a number of major transactions. |
