 | Stuart Smalley & Co LLC was founded in 1984. From 1988 to 1995 it was part of Jaques & Lewis (now Eversheds). The Firm was founded to specialise in international taxation and to provide a wide range of services to the offshore banking, investment and insurance industries, as well as private clients.
In June 2005 the Firm celebrated 21 years of professional practice as Solicitors in the Isle of Man. The Company now has 30 staff and is one of the leading commercial law firms in the Isle of Man.
