Sue graduated (1981) with BA(First Class) Law degree from Cambridge University (MA -1984). She was a trainee, and eight years, at Clifford Chance. She joined Ashurst in 1990 and became a partner in 1994. Sue joined Wiggin in Summer 2005 as a partner. Her expertise includes all aspects of corporate tax advice, both transactional and strategic planning, including all M&A, restructurings and venture capital. She has a specialist expertise in tax issues confronting the film, media and leisure industries; inward / outward investment to / from the UK and real estate tax (including SDLT / VAT). |
