Susan has joined the partnership as Director of Employment Services and is Head of the HR and employee benefits team. Prior to joining Prettys in 2002 Susan worked at a senior level for two of what were the Big 5 accountancy firms (Arthur Andersen and KPMG) following eight years in the HM Revenue & Customs.
Susan has been involved in managing the delivery of employment solutions, training and supervision at varied levels with particular expertise in Change implementation.
