 | We have the expertise of many large Birmingham firms but consider that we have the approachability, access and lower costs associated with a South Midlands Cathedral City location.
Our practice was founded 130 years ago in Malvern. The Worcester Office was opened in 1926 when Charles Whatley was appointed Under-Sheriff for the County of Worcester, a post that Andrew Duncan still holds to this day.
We have a large private client base and, to assist such clients, two Solicitors of the firm are members of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and one is a member of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), and the Law Society Children's and Family Law Panels.
We also define ourselves as a niche commercial practice looking after the needs of many companies and businesses in the South West Midlands. Our particular specialisation is in assisting with business recoveries and individual insolvencies. |
