 | Young & Co is a Stoke on Trent based firm, which was established in about 1825.
The firm has three partners: Phillipa Connolly, Denise Lockett and Jonathan Bott, and is divided into four separate departments dealing with specialist areas of law. These areas are Family Law, Civil Litigation, Conveyancing & Probate and Criminal Law.
The firm has a Legal Services Commission Quality Mark for Family Law, Criminal Law and Mental Health Law and is therefore able to offer public funding to suitably eligible clients in those areas. In respect of Personal Injury matters, the firm offers conditional fee arrangements in suitable cases.
In addition to the specialist panels we are also members of the Duty Solicitor Scheme in respect of Criminal Law, are founding members of The North Staffordshire Police Domestic Violence 24 hour pager scheme and members of the North Staffordshire Domestic Violence Forum. |
