Appleyard Lees rated 'Leading Firm' according to Legal 500

The Legal 500 2011 has rated European Patent and Trade Mark attorneys, Appleyard Lees, a Leading Firm in the Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys: The Regions.

Commenting on a number of attorneys across the Halifax, Leeds and Manchester offices, The Legal 500 said “Appleyard Lees is a trustworthy, reliable’ firm that provides ‘high-quality, practical advice’.

Halifax office: Bob Pidgeon was noted as ‘Very knowledgeable’. Bob, who leads the chemical team with Anthony Brierley has ‘an ability to understand new technologies very rapidly, and is very efficient in drafting’.

Manchester office: Jennifer Delaney, who was made partner earlier this year, is ‘exceptionally talented’.

David Walsh who manages the Leeds office is ‘a good all-round patent lawyer who can also see the case from a commercial perspective’.
