Edwards Duthie is very pleased to announce three senior solicitors from Mullinger Banks Solicitors based in London, E15 will be joining Edwards Duthie as consultants from 1st October 2011.

Arthur Mullinger is a specialist commercial lawyer dealing with sales, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and special projects (including start-ups, larger SMEs, intellectual property, digital and new media). He also deals with commercial property and related litigation. Arthur will be advising our commercial and property teams and can be contacted at our York Road, Ilford Commercial Office.

Alistair Banks is a well-known childcare law specialist and Higher Court advocate. Alistair will be based in our Family & Child Care Department at Plashet Grove, East Ham.

David Forbes is a specialist criminal solicitor and will be based in the Criminal Department at our Beckton office.

Arthur Mullinger, on announcing that they were joining the Edwards Duthie team, said: "For sometime, we have understood that in order to continue offering the quality of client services we developed at Mullinger Banks and to provide further depth and a broader offering to our client base, we would have to join with one of the major players.
