Archibald Campbell & Harley has announced the expansion of its planning law team with the appointment of Louise Cockburn as partner, on 1st December 2009.

Louise joined Archibald Campbell & Harley in March 2005 and was promoted to Associate in November 2007. Since then, she has appeared at over 30 Inquiries including the Trump Organisation's proposal to create a golf resort at Mennie in Aberdeenshire.

She acts across the full range of planning issues and has considerable experience in Nature Conservation Law and European legislation, particularly the Birds and Habitats Directives and the Habitats Regulations.
