BLM head of policy development to lead new CJC working party

Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP (BLM) head of policy development, Alistair Kinley, will lead a new Civil Justice Council (CJC) working party responsible for identifying practical solutions in three areas of costs policy which were first examined in Lord Justice Jackson’s January 2010 report on civil litigation costs.
