Blake Lapthorn's general Commercial and Property Dispute Resolution teams have been appointed, following a competitive public tender, to the Treasury Solicitor's panel of firms for commercial and property litigation.
The Treasury Solicitor (Tsol) serves the public by providing legal services to central Government departments and to other publicly funded bodies in England and Wales. Blake Lapthorn has been appointed to a panel of firms in England and Wales, which panel Tsol and Government departments can call upon when commercial, property or other civil litigation matters arise
This announcement complements Blake Lapthorn's recent appointment to the office of Government Commerce's non-contentious 'Catalist' panel for real estate, intellectual property and information technology work.
Richard Portlock, head of Blake Lapthorn's Commercial Litigation team said: "We are delighted to have been recognised in this way, which highlights the strength and depth of our commercial litigation offering at the firm and our commitment to our Public Sector client base."
