ClarkeKann continues to strengthen its capabilities and commitment to excellence with the launch of its Climate Change and Sustainability Group. The group draws expertise from lawyers in each of the firm’s four practice areas with proven skills and expertise in advising on the many legal issues facing business arising out of the increasing focus on climate change and sustainability.

The group will advise clients on a range of ‘green’ issues from the impacts and trends of climate change legislation and policy to trade practices risks facing ‘green’ advertising. Our focus is not only the impact of various issues on clients’ business but also on identification of commercial opportunities that might be created for them.
The group formalises and coordinates the firm’s pre-existing climate change and sustainability expertise from its four practise groups allowing us to take a multi-disciplined approach.
