Harold Benjamin shortlisted for Real Estate Legal Award
Friday 30th September 2011

Harold Benjamin has been shortlisted for ‘Real Estate Law Firm of the Year – UK’ in the prestigious Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards for 2011.

Based on third party nominations and votes received over the last three months, the firm has been selected as one of a small number of finalists to make it through to the last stage of the annual awards ceremony.

Recognising achievement and success in the legal industry, the finalists are made up from a wide spectrum of practice areas across many jurisdictions. The Legal Awards are widely recognised as a global celebration of excellence in the legal profession across private practice, the public sector, commerce and industry, and the Bar.

The stringent selection process from which the finalists are shortlisted is based on a number of criteria including legal expertise and innovation; involvement in significant legal cases and legal activity; size and value of involvement within transactions, deals and cases; strategic vision; innovation in client care; peer recognition and personal achievement; and the amount of documented activity in the last 12 months when compared to industry peers.

“To make it through to the last stage of the selection process is a major accolade for Harold Benjamin and recognises the firm’s standing and reputation in the real estate sector,” said Keith Flavell, Managing Partner. “It is also testament to our first class team of lawyers and the legal experience, expertise and innovation they bring to all aspects of the work they undertake on behalf of our clients.”
