Hermenegildo Altozano, Head of Hogan Lovells’ Energy & Natural Resources practice, has today joined Bird & Bird as a Partner. Hermenegildo brings with him a team of one counsel and three associates and he will lead the firm’s Energy & Utilities Sector Group in Spain.

In his time at Hogan Lovells, Hermenegildo built up a strong energy practice and he and his team represent some of the major players in the energy sector on projects in Spain and internationally. Hermenegildo’s strong expertise in the Spanish energy field is regularly recognised by legal directories and awards and he is also a leading lawyer in the Cuban market.
