Natalie Elphicke, partner and head of structured housing finance at international law firm Stephenson Harwood, has been included in this year's 'Best Lawyers' listing for social housing.
Best Lawyers is a US-based publication which includes lists of lawyers who are regarded as undertaking outstanding work in their field, as nominated and voted for by other lawyers. No fee or purchase is needed to be included in the listing, to ensure that it remains standalone. The lists are used by incisive media publications such as Corporate Counsel and The American Lawyer.
Natalie specialises in project finance and housing finance. She advises major banks and building societies, borrowers, developers, government and other public bodies. Natalie is at the forefront of a number of finance based innovations for affordable housing, including as architect of a regeneration housing bond and as designer of a sustainable non-grant funded affordable housing delivery vehicle.
Natalie was also named in this year's 'Top 100' in The Lawyer magazine. The 100 list highlights leading lawyers who are demonstrating innovation in their field of law.
