InterAct Europe, the pan-European network of independent legal practices founded by Pitmans in 1990, has welcomed its first Spanish member firm with the arrival of Madrid and Barcelona-based ECIJA.

ECIJA’s joining as a new member of InterAct Europe follows its merger in December 2010 with the Barcelona-based Jausas. The merger has created a full-service, top-eight law firm in Spain offering specialities including: corporate; M&A; restructuring; finance; litigation; real estate; tax; labour antitrust and competition; information technology; intellectual property; telecommunications; compliance; and regulatory practices.
