LA convert to a Limited Liability Partnership
Friday 25th May 2007

Limited Liability Partnership is an alternative corporate business vehicle that gives the benefits of limited liability but allows its members the flexibility of organising their internal structure as a traditional partnership.

The progression to LLP status is a transition which many top law firms are making. The conversion will affect the way that the business is structured internally and will not impact on client relationships in anyway.

Managing Partner, Michael Giddins comments:

“The partnership has decided that the time is right for LA to convert to LLP. During the past months staff have been working hard ensure that the transition runs smoothly for everyone involved.”

All clients will receive a letter and a copy of Lester Aldridge LLP’s new terms of business.
