The Scottish firm has announced partner promotions for former Associates Richard Murray and Kenneth Irons in Edinburgh - bringing AC&H's firm wide total to 15 partners.
Richard has a wide area of expertise which includes the drafting of Wills, Deeds of Trust and Powers of Attorney, Adult Incapacity related issues, Estate Administration including Succession-related issues, and Inheritance Tax planning. Kenneth is an experienced commercial property lawyer. He has extensive knowledge of property issues for clients active in a range of market sectors including investment, development and property finance.
Four former Solicitors namely, Breda Boyle, Louise Cockburn, Elizabeth MacKay and Alison McIntyre have all been promoted to Associate level.
