Annette Whybrow, a Partner in the Corporate team at Birketts LLP, has been named as one of the top 50 influential women in Suffolk in the June issue of Suffolk magazine.
She is in good company, featuring alongside an impressive list of successful women, which includes national celebrities such as Claudia Schiffer, Delia Smith and Twiggy and local unsung heroes who dedicate their time to a number of business ventures and deserving causes.
Alongside her work as a leading corporate finance lawyer, Annette is noted for her active involvement in the local business community having previously undertaken roles such as the first woman and youngest President of the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and a non-executive director of learning disabilities on the NHS Trust.
She is involved in the establishment of the new Suffolk College and University Campus Suffolk through her current role as a member of the Learning Skills Council and she continues her interest in the countryside as a member of Local Access Forum.
