Mundays Announce Merger - October 2007

MUNDAYS LLP are pleased to announce the merger of Mundays and Browns Solicitors previously of Chobham. The merged practice is known as Mundays and continues to operate from Cedar House in Cobham.

Nick Brown joined the Mundays Property Department on 1 st October 2007. Nick has for many years specialised in commercial property and residential property development. He will, together with the existing Mundays property team, continue the successful development of the Department.

As a result of the merger Mundays Property Department will comprise 37 fee-earners, making it one of the largest property practices in the South East with particular strengths in the commercial property and residential development sectors.

Nick Brown said “I am extremely pleased to be a part of such a strong property team and I am looking forward to introducing my existing clients to the considerable additional services and resources that Mundays bring to the table”.

Simon Withers, Head of Property, said “the merger will bring a substantial following to the Practice and be of particular importance as we continue to build on the successes already achieved.
