In a further demonstration of the firm’s continued growth, Carson McDowell has appointed a new Partner and seven new Associates across its commercial property, corporate and commercial litigation practices.
The new Partner is Alastair Todd (Commercial Property), and the new Associates are Aleric Turtle, Emma Cooper and Kathryn Forde (Commercial Property), Dawn McKnight and Gerard Armstrong (Corporate) and Darren Toombs and Leigh Linton (Commercial Litigation).
Commenting on the appointments Alan Reilly, Senior Partner said “We are delighted to welcome Alastair Todd to the Partnership . I also wish to congratulate all seven new Associates. Mr Reilly noted that the last twelve months had been very successful across all practice areas, with the firm acting as NI Counsel on many key deals of the year such as on behalf of Arcapita Bank B.S.C. (c) on its £1.62billion acquisition of the Viridian Group.
