Rosenblatt are acting on behalf of veterans of all armed services from Britain, Fiji and New Zealand who were exposed to dangerous levels of radiation on Christmas Island and the surrounding areas of the Indian Ocean in the 1950s and 1960s.

The MOD has raised a limitation defence in an attempt to avoid a full hearing, and a trial opens today to determine whether the case can go ahead. If the High Court allows a compensation hearing, we will be claiming on behalf of nearly 1000 veterans.
