Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm represented Stephen M. Ross, Chairman and CEO of the Related Companies, in the completion of his acquisition of 95% of the Miami Dolphins franchise and Dolphin Stadium from H. Wayne Huzenga. Mr. Huizenga will retain a 5% interest in the Miami Dolphins franchise and Dolphin Stadium, and Mr. Ross and Mr. Huizenga will each own a 50% interest in certain adjacent real estate.
