Exeter team grows by 20%
The property law team at leading regional law firm Stephens & Scown in Exeter has grown by 20 per cent with the arrival of three new fee earners.
Sophie Rich Degeneve, joins the firm from the Environmental Law Foundation in London – previously she had qualified at Follett Stock in Cornwall.
Sophie works on general commercial property law matters and is developing a role in planning and environmental law at the firm.
Rima Bhattacharya trained at law firm Ford Simey and worked at Kitson Hutchings in Exeter before joining Stephens & Scown. Rima is a commercial property solicitor who specialises in development work.
Nadine Seymour attained a degree in law from Keele University before further studies at the College of Law in Chester. She completed her training contract with a high street firm in Brighton before joining Stephens & Scown on qualification. She is a solicitor who handles a range of property matters.

The total number of fee earners in property law across Stephens & Scown in Devon and Cornwall now stands at 40, making it one of the largest property legal teams in the region.
