Simon Rogers builds on teams success
The property team at leading regional law firm Stephens & Scown in Cornwall has expanded with the appointment of Simon Rogers as a solicitor within the residential property department
Simon grew up in Cornwall from the age of seven and went to Truro School. He left Cornwall for London aged 18 and moved to Bristol to study law in his mid-twenties.
After graduating he worked for a busy small law practice in Bristol for five years, eventually heading up the property department.
Marriage and a young family made Simon consider moving back to Cornwall. His wife and two children now live with him in the county, and he has joined the growing property team at Stephens & Scown.
Stephens & Scown partner, Michael Beadel, commented: “We are delighted that Simon has joined our busy residential property team. We have a strong reputation in property throughout the county and the region, and Simon’s appointment will help us to develop our services still further.”
The total number of fee earners in property law across Stephens & Scown in Devon and Cornwall now stands at 40, making it one of the largest property legal teams in the region.
