Thompson Smith & Puxon has appointed solicitor Sue Wink to its Property Team. Sue, who will be based at the firm’s Clacton office, is a specialist in conveyancing and is well-known in the Tendring area.

Sue studied law at the University of Essex as a mature student and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. She has a wide network of contacts developed through private client work, both in the area and in London. Sue has substantial experience of commercial property having worked with planners and developers on land acquisition and property developments.
