bto’s Social Housing team is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by Clyde Valley Housing Association Limited as their principal legal advisors.

The contract was awarded following a competitive tender exercise and involves the provision of advice on a range of matters including: Housing Law & Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Contracts & Conveyancing and Employment.

It is envisaged that the contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility by mutual agreement of extending the contract by a further year.

This latest success follows a band 1 ranking for the Social Housing team in the most recent edition of The Legal 500 directory.
