Holly Cudbill’s extensive experience in employment law includes grievance and disciplinary issues, managing sickness absence, equal opportunities, redundancy advice and Employment Tribunal claims. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Zoe Porter specialises in matrimonial finance and divorce and joined Foot Anstey in 2002. As head of the Living Together team she deals with cohabitation and separation agreements, civil partnerships and disputes between cohabitees. She is a member of Resolution and a panel member of the Law Society.

Simon Musannif specialises in childcare including all public and private law proceedings, child abduction (both in the UK and abroad) adoption and education law.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
